What will you do:
Operational support automation of financial processes: participation in work meetings, keeping a task list, independently setting tasks for adjacent teams and monitoring their execution until completion
Daily control of financial transactions: verification of balances between legal entities - with the involvement of execution, not only supervision
Analytics and reporting improvement: independent work with numbers, identifying errors, detailing management reports, initiating changes in approaches to the formation of financial data
What is important to us:
Understanding how the business process is built "from the inside", the ability to set tasks for the technical team text-decoration: none"> The ability to organize tasks in your head (and in the task book), to prioritize, not to wait for reminders and to complete the task
High level of attention to detail - reconciliations, balances, discrepancies, amounts, payment types - you don't miss small things and triple check
Team interaction without excessive bureaucracy you are used to setting tasks directly, quickly agreeing numbers, communicating with several departments in parallel
Proactivity — see an error/hole in the process — fix it, propose a solution, implement it
Availability of ACCA, CIMA or similar certificates will be a plus
English - level B1
