Job Summary:The Deputy CEO of an iGaming company serves as the second-in-command and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This role involves working closely with the CEO to implement the company's strategic vision, drive business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage various departments to achieve operational excellence. The Deputy CEO also plays a critical role in representing the company to key stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and partners.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & Execution:Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement long-term business strategies.Translate the company’s vision and goals into actionable plans across all departments.Drive growth initiatives, including market expansion, product diversification, and new business ventures.Operational Management:Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments (e.g., marketing, product development, IT, customer service).Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed.Ensure the alignment of departmental goals with overall company objectives.Regulatory & Compliance:Ensure compliance with all relevant gaming regulations and industry standards.Liaise with legal and compliance teams to manage licensing, reporting, and other regulatory requirements.Proactively address potential compliance issues and mitigate risks.Financial Oversight:Work with the CFO to manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Support in fundraising efforts, including investor relations and presentations.Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost management.Leadership & Team Development:Lead and mentor senior management to enhance their leadership capabilities.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Assist in talent acquisition and retention strategies to build a strong leadership pipeline.Qualifications:Education:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Experience:Extensive experience in the iGaming industry, with at least 10 years in a senior management role.Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.Experience in navigating regulatory environments in the gaming industry.Skills:Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Superior communication and negotiation skills.Deep understanding of the iGaming market, including trends, technologies, and regulatory issues.Personal Attributes:Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results.High ethical standards and integrity.Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.Ready to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia
