Deputy/Assistant Head of Sewing Production in MB SR

We are a Ukrainian clothing brand that exports products all over the world. The company is actively growing, expanding production and launching new collections.

In connection with the fact that our colleague is moving, we are looking for a new deputy / assistant manager for the sewing production.

Location: Lviv, st. Horodotska, 174
Work format: work in the office and in production
Remote work format is not provided

Who are we looking for?

A person who knows how to organize processes, work with a team and is ready to take responsibility. The position involves active participation in daily production work and close cooperation with the manager.

Professional skills

• Understanding the full cycle of garment production

• Ability to plan and control production processes

• Experience working with seamstresses, cutters, technologists

• Control of sewing quality and compliance with technical tasks

• Ability to read technical tasks and patterns

• Basic skills of working with Excel / Google Sheets, Google Drive (plans, accounting, reports)

• Skills of setting tasks and monitoring their execution

• Understanding terms, time norms and production deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assisting the manager in managing and organizing the work of sewing production

• Participating in the creation and preparation of new collections

• Ordering, accepting and controlling the supply of fabrics and materials

• Coordinating the work of the team and distributing tasks

• Monitoring the fulfillment of assigned tasks and meeting deadlines

• Quality control of products at various stages of production

• Participation in off-site filming for the brand (if necessary)
