We are announcing a competition for the position of Department Manager of the Reserved store (Forum shopping center)

Your tasks will be:

• organization of the work of store merchandisers on separate departments
• implementation of the defined sales plan and other KPIs
• team building and motivation
• work with the product based on sales results and VM standards for each of the departments
• monitoring the work of merchandisers
• ensuring the fulfillment of store plan indicators
• analysis of store commercial reports and working with them in the sales hall

We are looking for you, if:

• have at least 1 year of team management experience
• love fashion and work well with product
• motivate others and achieve goals
• know VM principles
• have a computer at the level of an advanced user
• open to change
