The tasks of the department head are:

• Politely communicate with clients in the office and on the phone;
• Form groups of students;
• Monitor timely payment and make monetary settlements with students;< /li>
• Politely and timely submit information for students and teachers;
• Formulate a schedule for teachers; if you had the opportunity to go to any corner of the world, where would you go?
• Maintain a positive atmosphere in the team and an atmosphere of a good image of the company in the eyes of customers;
• Manage the team, motivate her, conduct one-to-one;
• Monitor the execution of tasks and generate reports;?
• Maintain the existing customer base and actively attract new customers, providing them with comprehensive information about our services and advantages.
