• Planning and coordination of a team of service engineers;
• Pro-active sales of services and spare parts to end customers;
• Building long-term relationships with end customers;
• Preparation of service contracts, proposals, invoices and other documents related to the work of the department;
• Administration of warranty claims;
• Providing service engineers with the necessary technical documentation, tools, PPE;
• Control over compliance by service engineers with labor protection and industrial safety requirements;
• Providing technical advice to customers;
• Develop effective cooperation with the sales department.

• Higher technical education
• Knowledge of the English language at B1, B2 level
< li> Advanced PC user, knowledge of MS Office
• Category "B" driver's license, practical experience;
• Readiness for regular business trips
