About the Role As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will support the Customer Success Management team by ensuring seamless operations, data accuracy, and timely execution of client - related activities. You will act as the backbone of the team, managing critical tasks that contribute to overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management:Maintain and update client databases and records.Track and report on customer metrics and KPIs.Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule client meetings and internal reviews. Manage the CSM team's calendar and ensure timely follow-ups. Documentation: Prepare and maintain client documentation, including contracts, onboarding materials, and meeting notes. Proficiency in data management and reporting tools. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with IT tools such as Jira, ClickUp, and other task management systems. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is required. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
