Department Assistant

Area of responsibility:

• Administrative support of the department, document management.
• Management of the budget of the marketing department, provision of information on actual costs.
• Accounting of data in the SRM, SIM and SAP systems, ensuring the presence of counterparties, making relevant changes.
• Work organization meetings/meetings (planning, preparation, implementation, etc.)
• Organization of events (internal, external), round tables (planning, preparation, logistics, interaction with KOLs, etc.).
• Maintenance of the department's marketing project database.
• Management of individual projects agreed with the manager.

Knowledge and skills that are important to us:

• Experience as a Department Assistant from the 1st year
• Proficiency in English at a level no lower than Intermediate
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• Knowledge of the basics of marketing (preferred)
• A confident user of MS Office
• Experience with SAP will be advantage
• Responsibility, attentiveness, organization, analytical mindset, logical thinking, ability to see details.
