We are currently looking for a DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT with 2-3 years of experience and a high level of analytical skills. If you are interested in working in a system innovative company and strive for development - join us.

| KEY TASKS:

• Organization of meetings and meetings within the company (mainly online format). Communication with department heads, collection and consolidation of information for meetings and meetings, etc.
• Performance of analytical tasks (selection and analysis of information, monitoring of Internet resources on a selected topic, preparation of materials).
• Consolidation of reporting information, preparation of presentations. Document flow management.
• Support in communication (written, oral) with English-speaking partners.
• Organization of the manager's working hours, keeping a calendar of events and meetings.
• Performing personal errands manager (organization of trips, collection of information as needed, organizational issues).
• Participation in Department projects (within professional competence).

| YOU ARE OUR CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

• Interest in stable and long-term cooperation.
• Experience as an analyst, assistant/assistant
• strong>– from 2-3 years old.
• High level of organization and planning, ability to set priorities and sense deadlines. Composure, pro-activity.
• Developed communication skills. Competent Ukrainian language (both spoken and written).
• English proficiency level – B2 and above.
• Knowledge of business communication norms, compliance with ethics.
• Responsibility , diligence, positive attitude.
• Will be your advantage:
  - high level of mastery of Excel,
  - skills of working with PowerBI.
