Work experience 

  • 1+ year of experience in presales / demo / business analysis / CRM projects
  • Understanding CRM processes: sales pipeline, lead management, service cases, marketing campaigns
  • Experience with the Creatio platform or similar (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot). things
