Dell EMC Partner Network Development Manager in ERC

The ERC company is looking for a Dell EMC partner network development manager. The ERC company is a professional distributor in Ukraine since 1995 with its own methods of channel development and support, pre- and after-sales service. ERC relentlessly continues the development of distribution, starting with electronics, computer and office equipment. Now electronics and computer equipment have been added to electronics, household appliances, TVs, modern trendy electronics products and products from the latest segments of electric transport, robotics, 3D printers, children's toys. ERC promotes advanced technologies and takes care of long-term partnerships with leading global manufacturers, as well as with start-up companies. Official distribution contracts (some of them are exclusive) for the sale of equipment and services have been concluded with confident world leaders in various segments or promising suppliers of trendy, newest, but high-quality solutions. Desirable: general knowledge of the basics of the server market and SZD knowledge of local market of servers and SZD and major manufacturers, work experience in IT and/or project business; availability of own base of partners from the system integration market; General requirements: higher education; competent written and spoken language; maximum communication skills; ability to work in a team; understanding of the principles of distribution ability and willingness to defend the interests of the company and the team. Responsibilities: increasing the loyalty of the existing partner base; searching for new partners, the ability to find TSP, attracting new partners to joint work in projects, increasing the active partner base; understanding the benefits of cooperation with ERC in the direction of Dell EMC and the ability to convince partners; providing assistance to partners in training and certification; involving ERC technical specialists in joint projects; developing motivational programs for partners; registering projects and maintaining one's own pipeline in an up-to-date status ; formation of commercial and price offers to partners; promotion of solutions based on Dell EMC servers and SZD using ERC communication channels and in social networks; participation in exhibitions, events, webinars, etc. Working conditions: decent pay for work (salary level is discussed individually under interview time); official employment; medical insurance; paid holidays and sick leave; the possibility of increasing the salary level based on the results of the trial period and further work.
