Your responsibilities: Work closely with the Product Owner and Solution Architect todefine the Product Stream backlog and the Release Plan Ensure that the delivered solution fits the overallIT strategy andIT goals/tasks are reflected inthe Product Backlog Provide technical and IT-related strategic input for the respective business area First escalation instance ontheIT side for Product Owner andIT (Team) Ensure proper involvement ofallIT roles, ITresource management for Team ITinternal alignment ofIT standards and documentation required for Team setup Accountable for delivery ofProduct Stream ITdeliverables Manage ITrisks and technical interdependencies Timely provision ofnecessary accesses for team members and access procedures simplification Preferred qualifications: 3+years ofrelevant professional experienceIT/ financial/banking industry Good ITmanagement skills and understanding ofIT processes (Change Management, Release management and others) Strong problem-solving skills, attention todetail, and aresult-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and meeting facilitation skills Basic knowledge about microservices, CI/CDpipeline, AWS, SQL, Jira, Confluence Knowledge ofScrum, Kanban, Waterfall methodology, roles, activities, and process outputs for software development English level— Intermediate (orhigher) Weoffer: International business career: work inalarge international company that creates adiverse and inclusive environment for professional and personal growth.
