Inthis role, your main objective will betooversee the delivery frameworks and processes, lead dev teams and project manager(s), ensure cross-functional collaboration for delivery. Promova isaone-stop language learning platform that includes amobile app, conversation clubs, group classes and one-to-one lessons with tutors. Wehave apopular website, media presence, and active socials. Our app has been downloaded more than 14million times , and our learners completed over 35million lessons over the last few years. Our goal for the next 2years istosecure aspot among top 5online language learning services worldwide. Looking ahead, within the next five years, wewant toachieve the status ofaunicorn company with Ukrainian roots! ABOUT YOU: Atleast 3years ofexperience asaDelivery Manager inaproduct company; Solid experience with project management tools (Jira/Confluence, Trello); Agile methodologies, certification would beagreat plus; Experience with roadmapping instruments (Confluence, ProductPlan etc); Presentation and collaboration tools (Notion, Miro, Figjam etc); Technical understanding; Excellent time management skills, hands-on experience inresource allocation and budgeting, basic data analysis skills. YOUR AREA OFIMPACT: Define the delivery process, workflow, frameworks and metrics system, helping the team toadapt those; Features delivery indeadlines and with high quality; Build and follow timelines inthe roadmap; Key contact point for the stakeholders and other departments; People management ofguild leads, localization manager and project manager; Build people processes necessary for team members’ growth and development; Team and stakeholders Agile coaching; Lead Tutoring squad asaproject manager; Close work with DevOps Engineer and Automation QAEngineer for maximum automation ofaprocess; WHAT WEOFFER: Work inateam ofprofessionals with anaudience ofmore than one million per month; Philosophy and conditions for your constant growth and development; Alarge space for implementing your ideas and influencing the product.
