Customer Relationship Management: —Validate, approve, and present project estimates/proposals topotential clients. —Assist incustomer presentations asneeded. —Resolve problems toalign customer expectations with company delivery. Organizational Management: —Recruit and establish asustainable organizational structure. —Ensure successful delivery execution. —Motivate, retain talent, and facilitate employee growth. Project Management: —Own the release delivery process across multiple teams. —Lead teams tohigh-quality project delivery. —Develop and execute delivery plans within time and budget constraints. —Oversee the product development lifecycle. Program Management: —Initiate and lead various projects and programs with global engineering teams. People Management: —Lead and manage teams through effective leadership, staffing, and project rotations. —Optimize resource allocation based onproject needs and bench KPIs. —Manage resources from partner companies. Project Management: —Proven experience inoverseeing multiple projects asaProject Manager, Delivery. —Demonstrated initiatives inrelease management toenhance delivery efficiency and quality. Team Management: —Successful track record inhiring and building effective teams. —Experience inmanaging 30+members. —Skilled infostering strong relationships within teams. —Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities are essential for leading cross-functional teams and nurturing stakeholder relationships. Technology and Product Management: —Strong understanding oftechnology and product landscapes, capable ofguiding engineering teams ontechnical decisions. Risk Management and Problem-Solving: —Demonstrated skills inrisk management and effective problem-solving. —Ability toprovide specific examples ofmitigated risks from previous projects.
