RESPONSIBILITIESProject Leadership:Assist cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects using Agile methodologies Provide clear direction and guidance to team members, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives Agile Implementation:Select and tailor Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices to best suit project and organizational needs Facilitate Agile ceremonies Coach and mentor colleagues and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices to promote understanding and adherence Project Planning:Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables Create and maintain detailed project plans, including sprint backlogs and release plans Quality and Delivery:Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality Monitor and track project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals Communication and Reporting:Maintain transparent and effective communication Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and project metrics to relevant stakeholders Escalate concerns or roadblocks to appropriate stakeholders promptly Empower team members to make decisions, take ownership of tasks, and collaborate effectively REQUIREMENTSProven experience (5+ years) as an Agile Project Manager or similar role in successfully delivering complex projects Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices Proficiency in project management software and tools Hands-on experience in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and leadership skills Problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible mindset At least Upper-Intermediate English level NICE TO HAVESCertified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certifications Technical or programming background/education Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Не застосовується Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Посадові обов’язки Інженерія Галузі Будівельні роботи
