DataOx is looking for Delivery Manager / Head of Delivery Department.

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

• University degree/diploma in computer science or management
• 5+ years of experience in the similar role (Head of Delivery or Delivery Manager)
• Eglish level is C1

Responsibilities:

• Strategy development within the Delivery departments and overall on the company-wide level
• Coordination and management of Project Management team, ensuring their effective work and successful delivery of projects to clients
• Implementation/upgrade of processes and technologies in the Delivery teams
• Management of Dev teams (consist of 5 teams) on the high-level questions
• Reach of KPIs/goals set by the CEO of the company for the Delivery Department
• Analysis of financial metrix (projects and teams efficiency)
• Risk Management and mitigation of it
• Participation in account development (understand the clients`needs and ensure they are met)
• Development and scaling of the Delivery teams
• Mentoring and development of the PM team
• Interaction with the Sales department and other departments, ensuring effective work between departments
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction with our services

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Ability to work with project management tools (JIRA, ClicUp)
• Deep understanding of software development processes (automation and data scraping will be a plus)
• Experience in managing multiple teams
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum, Waterfall methodologies
• Skills in managing projects and resources, department budgets
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and solve complex problems
• Client-oriented approach
