Innovecs is currently looking for skilled specialists to join our internal team. We help the global organization to grow, enhance systems and processes, craft intriguing communications, create cutting-edge events, and take care of corporate policies. But most importantly, our main goal is to make all of our colleagues (including ourselves, of course) feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience developing, leading, and managing projects;
• Demonstrated ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams;
• Confident familiarity with Agile methodologies;
• Ability to create and manage project plans, schedules, status reports;
• Change and quality management;
• Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication;
• Strong time management at personal, team and project level;
• Conflict management;
• Facilitation and team collaboration skills;
• Confident familiarity with a variety of art styles;
• Knowledge of game design, art production and animation production.

Responsibilities:

• Care about your teams;
• Manage one or several projects of various sizes;
• Learn clients’ expectations, prepare scope, estimations and planning for each project;
• Set and manage priorities based on client, team and company needs;
• Ensure client and company expectations are met;
• Escalate issues in a timely manner and eliminate or mitigate risks;
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur;
• Prepare and present reports on teams progress and milestones;
• Own full responsibility for product delivery;
• Set and achieve desired quality goals;
• Onboard, coach, mentor, appraise and foster career growth for team members;
• Follow Human Resources policies and procedures;
• Take an active part in company professional activities.
