is one of the directions of the international ecosystem PIN-UP Global, which operates in six countries — Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Peru, and Armenia. PIN-UP.TECH is the foundation of today’s international ecosystem of PIN-UP Global, the main products of  PIN-UP.TECH are platforms for Ukraine and Kazakhstan. PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team.

Requirements
— Experience in the design and implementation of innovative solutions to address business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences;
— Strong computer science or software engineering fundamentals;
— 4+ years of professional software development and/or solution architecture experience, including 3+ years of hands-on experience working with modern cloud technologies;
— 5+ years of team lead/project management experience;
— English: B2
— Hands-on technical experience in programming, architecture, or systems engineering that enables you to participate, lead and contribute value to technical decisions;
— Experience in running and improving defined engineering processes with data-driven delivery concepts;
— Experience in setting up teams and projects associated with software engineering practices;
— Ability to lead and manage 3-5 product teams (30-55 people);
— Experience in removing impediments;
— Perseverance in continuous improvement.
— English: upper-intermediate/advanced

Will be plus
— Experience on Golang, with apps.
— 3+ years of hands-on product management experience

Responsibilities
⁃ Take responsibility for the entire cycle of project result production and delivery;
⁃ Manage solutions creation from both technical and processes perspectives, focusing on their optimization;
⁃ Participate in architectural and engineering solutions discussions and building together with the Architects, Team/Tech Leads, and team members, focusing on modern cloud solutions;
⁃ Oversee all the technical solutions implementation, execute general confirmation and approval of their stages;
⁃ Manage stakeholders engagement;
⁃ Establish a long-term partnership with stakeholders;
⁃ Participate in the preparation of product vision and solution design;
⁃ Participate in the preparation of strategic and long-term visions and solutions, making an impact on the business;
⁃ Manage all technical projects across the teams with presentations and advocating their business value;
⁃ Provide technical guidance and oversight for agile product teams, including ceremonies facilitation;
⁃ Manage processes for delivery management and production operations;
⁃ Ensure that proper software development processes and engineering standards are in place (at each stage of SDLC);
⁃ Be a single focal point for any result implementation and delivery matters;
⁃ Build, track and manage technical and operational metrics, including performance, maintenance, design, and cost;
⁃ Manage risks and drive mitigation/resolution actions;
⁃ Conduct performance appraisals for your team members;
⁃ Manage knowledge obtaining and sharing across the team members, determine areas of learning in advance and organize proper training/learning approaches;
⁃ Plan and staff team capacity.
