Delivery Manager in Join.To.IT

What you need to have:

• from 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating the successful implementation of projects in the technological field;

• basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience in integrated software delivery;

• Upper-Intermediate English level and above; risk management and long-term planning skills;

• high level of communication skills and organizational skills;

• ability to determine priorities in multitasking conditions;

• high level of analytical thinking and management decision-making skills in conditions of limited information.

What will need to be done:

• ensure the implementation of projects from the beginning to completion, including the stages of planning, development, validation and implementation;

• tracking the progress of projects, analyzing the effectiveness of task performance, making adjustments if necessary;

• coordinating and ensuring the effectiveness of the team of project managers;

• ensuring an effective level of communication with customers, internal stakeholders and partners of the company;

• selection of team members, their mentoring, development of skills and competencies;

• implementation new systems to ensure operational activity;

• control of compliance with company policies and procedures;

• analysis of report data and operational decision-making.
