Delivery Manager in Profisea

Profisea is a boutique DevOps and Cloud company.

Our mission is to help our customers to create secured and cost-effective Cloud environments, maintain state-of-the-art CI-CD pipelines for Development and Operations, build immutable micro-services architecture and ensure reliability of the production site.

We are looking for a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background, with leadership and analytical skills to join our fast-growing company and to grow with us. You will drive day-by-day execution and efficiency through data-based decisions and problem-solving.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience

- Work experience as a Developer or DevOps Engineer

- Proficiency, experience in analyzing and clarifying functional and technical requirements

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Business thinking

- English fluency is essential

Will be a plus:

- Experience with AWS

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate internal resources and customers for the flawless execution of projects

- Developing project scopes, individual functionals and ensuring technical feasibility

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers

- Customer expectations management

- Manage the relationship with the customers and DevOps teams

- Report to CTO
