Assuming responsibility onhiring and firing • Contributing tothe inspiring environment for employees’ development, increasing their motivation, loyalty, and involvement inorder toensure that Leobit becomes one ofthe most coveted workplaces inLviv inthe field • Collaborating with functional offices (SDO, QMO, CTO, Sales, Marketing, HR) and ensuring their compliance with the delivery strategy • Ensuring that the processes are well-defined, documented, and monitored • Being able toact asaninterim project manager onkey accounts (inexceptional circumstances)• Contributing tothe launch ofthe new projects, assisting with the development ofproject proposals atthe pre-sales stage • Defining and controlling the key project health indicators for all projects • Monitoring the efficiency ofPM/PCon the relevant projects • Mentoring and managing professional development ofthe PM/PC • Developing accounts and teams within the assigned delivery unit (50-100 people) according toKPIs defined (CSAT, ESAT, Revenue, GM, Turnover, 360review, personal goals, etc.) Про проєкт Apply ifyou are aperson full ofsense: common sense, sense ofurgency, sense ofhumor, sense ofsenseless (apathy tosenseless).
