We are looking for a Delivery Manager

Key responsibilities:< /strong>

• collection of requirements for IT, digital products;
• creation of Technical Tasks;
• formation of goals and methods of achievement, formation of the project road map;

• economic or other substantiation of the project;
• management of IT projects: from the idea to the release of the product to the market;
• support of the implementation of ready-made IT solutions in entrusted business units;
>
• creation of documentation on the operation of IT solutions;
• presentations of concepts and ready-made solutions;
• creation of plans and methodology for teaching business unit employees to work with IT solutions

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Full higher education (master, specialist)
• At least 3 years of project implementation experience using formal project management methodology, methods and tools
• Work experience with Microsoft Project/Jira/Azure DevOps
• Experience of team management / project management / work in SCRUM team from 2 years
• Experience of working with process analysis tools from 1 year
• Experience as a manager in the relevant field for at least 3 years
• Experience working in an Agile team.
• Knowledge of Agile & Scale practices.Ability to organize Agile work teams.
• Experience in development, description and quality control of data models, databases;
• Knowledge of regulatory framework of Regulators and group standards regarding the Product and Banking activities
• Work experience in the product/tribe team
• The level of English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate
