We are looking forDelivery Excellence Lead - the person who will be responsible for the quality of our products.

  • International expertise: participation in the Develor International team (internal TTT, experience sharing)>

  • Interaction with KAMs and marketing: assistance in the selection of products for customer requests, involvement of trainers in marketing activities, participation in the improvement of processes and regulations, and support of KAMs during client meetings: assistance in the correct identificationmeeting needs, selecting appropriate products and clearly explaining their value.

    • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in L&D / corporate training / consulting / HR-development / operational management.



    • Strong organizational skills, structural thinking, attention to detail.

    • Fluent Ukrainian, confident English (for interaction with the international team).

    • A professional environment where trust, partnership and development.

    • Competitive compensation (fixed + bonus, details - at the offer stage).

    • Full time, hybrid work format, office in Kyiv.
