Professional experience

• At least 5 years in conducting technology projects and managing multiple programming projects.
• Experience in implementing standards that will be used to scale the company.
• Several years of experience in conducting projects using various methodologies.
• Experience in implementing IT projects, preferably enterprise software.
• Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
• Experience in working with clients at all stages of their journey, from prospecting to developing relationships.
• Proven ability to build high-quality delivery and a brand that attracts talent and customers to the organization.
• Success in introducing initiatives and structures throughout the company, supported by change management skills.

Skills

• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Team management skills.
• Broad knowledge of project management methodologies with experience in adapting these methodologies, such as Scrum, in a software house environment.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies in order to actively participate in workshops with clients.
• Broad business and technological knowledge - awareness of industry trends.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and teams.
• Ability to communicate major changes and ideas within the company.
• Goal orientation and the ability to work in a changing environment.
