Delivery Coordinator in Ciklum

It covers the entire tourism value chain under one roof with 1,600 travel agencies and leading online portals, five airlines with around 150 aircraft, over 400 hotels, 17 cruise liners, and many incoming agencies in all major holiday destinations around the globe. This integrated offering enables the client to provide 27 million customers with an unmatched holiday experience in 180 regionscombined with their commitment to sustainable tourism.The project uses modern architectural approaches. All solutions are cloud-based and use a serverless approach. You will work closely with the client’s top delivery management and business representatives to define the future of the travel industry. Millions of tourists all over the world will use the results of your work, and you can shape the way these solutions will be implemented.Responsibilities:Managing the staffing process internally and with client's stakeholders: conducting DM calls, scheduling client interviews, keep updated hiring filesOnboarding & Off-boarding process for the engineersClient Engagement and CommunicationPerformance Management for assigned engineersManaging the process of promotions and relocation of engineersMonthly Billing Reports for the clientOvertime and OOH support tracking, reporting and billingInvoicing process (70+ invoices per month)Client's Request for Service (RFS): process tracking, updating, preparation of responses and adjusting existing responsesMonitoring of the time tracking on a daily basisData Management and Tracking: internal and external files, HUBMaintaining the account's organizational structure on the Miro board, ensuring it reflects current team configurations and rolesProviding the account leadership team with the timely support of all kind of reporting required either for the client and Ciklum internallyRequirements:Agile Delivery / Project Coordination experience and strong commercial understanding, ideally within Managed Services and IT Outsourcing industry, minimum 1 yearUnderstanding and practical experience with Agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban)Experience in managing multiple agile teams in projects up 7 FTEAbility to use basic techniques of Team management, Risk Management, Communication management, Change management, Time and task tracking, ReportingAbility to create and maintain project artefacts related to change management, quality assurance, project monitoring and controlAbility to recognise, identifycritical risks and work out a mitigation planAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environmentAbility to identify problems and provide/suggest possible solutionsAbility to manage contractual terms and financial issuesAbility to identify and manage stakeholders expectationsUpper-intermediate level of spoken and written EnglishDesirable:Experience of work in a distributed teamsTechnical background (software development, QA, DevOps, etc)Knowledge of the latest trends at SW development technologies and toolsAgile and/or PMI certificationWhat's in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
