We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Delivery and PMO Coordinator to support our Delivery management and other stakeholders in coordinating the operational work of our established Delivery/PMO processes and the company’s internal services. The ideal candidate will have experience working with delivery/project teams in the IT industry and be focused on processes coordination and PMO support.

Would be a plus
- Familiarity with SCRUM and other SDLC methodologies.
- Knowledge of PM tools (JIRA/Trello/ClickUp/Confluence).
You Are Going To
- Constant work on the AltexSoft initiatives in terms of PMO and delivery operational tasks.
- Support resourcing process by facilitating corresponding meetings and preparing necessary data for it. Involvement in internal services — Customer Interview Preparation, Client CV Preparation, Project Start process.
- Assisting in managing calendars of Delivery Management.
- Assisting in time reports closing at the end of the month.
- Assisting in project-related recurrent activities (gathering reports, statistics) or on request.
- Planning and scheduling activities of the financial planning process, as well as sending reminders to those responsible for different steps.
- Scheduling meetings upon request.
- Facilitating various management delivery meetings.
- Running various business-related errands for Delivery Management, PMO.
