Duties:

1. Carry out regular monitoring of the crossing of the humanitarian corridor at the Domanov-Mokrany checkpoint and provide advisory assistance to families with children.

2. Communicate with adult representatives of families (and unaccompanied children) crossing the border with children in order to collect information about their needs, plans and the humanitarian situation in the temporarily occupied territories in accordance with the approved questionnaire.

3. Register families with children who meet the criteria to receive financial assistance.

4. Collect contact data (with consent) of beneficiaries to inform partners in the settlements where the beneficiaries are going, to ensure social support of vulnerable categories of the population.

5. Provide families with children with informational materials on the available support opportunities from UNICEF and other humanitarian organizations in the communities where the beneficiaries are going.

6. Record complaints of Beneficiaries in case of violation of children's rights and transfer them to representatives of the Fund.

7. Warn in advance about the planned crossing of the humanitarian corridor by large groups of children, including on the initiative of Bring Kids Back UA.

8. Provide monitoring reports regularly and on time.

9. Regularly keep a report on the work performed and the use of working time.

10. Prepare operational reports on a specific incident and/or humanitarian situation in general, initiate and propose ways to resolve them.

11. Provide other individual assistance to Beneficiaries if necessary.
