For the Debt Collection team we are looking for a Hero or Heroine with experience in debt collection who will be responsible, above all, for supporting clients business in debt recovery.

• You have been professionally involved in pre-litigation debt collection and/ or you have the same amount of experience in a company from the TSL industry,
• You have experience in customer service (from the debt collection and/or transport and logistics industry),
• You speak Polishki (C1) in speech and writing,
• You know Russian (B2) in speech and writing,
• You know English (B1+) in speech and writing,
• You are characterized by: a proactive attitude and independence in action as well as the ability to cooperate in a team (#OneTeam!),
• You like and want to share knowledge, as well as learn new things (we believe that both parties can learn something from each other),
• Daily use of a computer and MS Office, Outlook, CRM programs is not a challenge for you

• Experience in legal and administrative matters,
• Experience in working with CRM,
• Knowledge of Czech or Hungarian.
