What to do:

• Analysis of department processes to find "bottlenecks" and performance evaluation (BI?analytics, dashboards, reporting).
• Initiation of development and improvement of IT solutions for automation of departmental tasks.
• Formation of analytical reports based on automation results.
• Testing of periodic software updates provision.
• Development, maintenance and maintenance of a database of reports.
• Participation in the Bank's projects for the introduction of new products and IT solutions related to active operations.
• Knowledge of technologies (integration of chatbots, work with API).
• Ability to analyze methodological data related to the division's activities and transform them into AI Assistant functionality DAAO.
• Support and updates: monitoring the work of the assistant, eliminating errors, adding new functions.

What you will need:

• Experience in a similar position (experience in the banking sector will be an advantage).
• Education: higher education in the field of economics or mathematical analysis or IT technologies.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint at a level not lower than an experienced user.
• Experience with a program for graphical display of analytical information and a program for description business processes, programs for creating presentations, programs for managing tasks and organizing the work process.
• Knowledge of the functionality of software complexes ABS B2 / JetB2, iFOBS, BI tools, B2ng, understanding of business processes in the field of lending.
