Main tasks:

• Writing SQL queries to databases for the formation of analytical data and further construction of reporting
• Management of information collection processes for databases
• Support of OLAP-cube databases, work with the platform Effie
• Formation of regular reporting (Sales channels, SQU, risks of execution of sales plans, balances, etc.).
• Reporting of the distribution channel: execution of tactical tasks, sales analysis, average number of SQU, average order value, etc.
• Participation in strategic and operational sales planning
• Digitization of goals and monitoring of budgets
• Collection and consolidation of information on the warehouse in terms of SKY
• Report of the sales team for each month in PowerPoint format (presentation)
• Analysis of equipment efficiency, generation of reports
• Regular reports based on created analytics
• Formation and analysis of operational reports
• Providing maximum analytical and informational support in the sales department
• Ad hoc management tasks

From you we expect:

• Higher education (economic, technical)
• Experience working as a sales analyst in a system company
• Understanding the work processes of retail enterprises, in particular FMCG
• Sufficient PC user, Microsoft Excel (functions, Power Pivot, Power Query)
• li>Experience with Power BI (preferred)
• Experience with OLAP cubes
• Proficient knowledge of 1C
• English language - preferred
• Personal qualities: sociability, analytical abilities, high self-organization, attention to details
