Competition for the position of Database Specialist (Odesa)

Project name: "Protection of internally displaced persons and population affected by the conflict, empowerment of communities".

Position: Database specialist. Full employment. 

City of work: Odesa

Responsibilities:

• daily processing of data in reporting tables, checking of information;
• checking the correct functioning of the database;
• data collection and processing at the request of the Chief Database Specialist data;
• participation in trainings, meetings, webinars regarding the implementation of the project as instructed by the management;
• analysis of daily reporting performance, identification of areas that need improvement;
• implementation a set of works on the implementation of software tools;
• if necessary, training the organization's employees in the techniques and skills of working with the software tools being implemented;
• keeping records and saving documents related to the automated processing of information on computers;
• ensuring the integrity, reliability and preservation of data circulating in the automated information system;
• preparation of reporting at the request of the management and/or donor (descriptive report with visualization in the volume including);
• control over the implementation of project goals established in partnership with the donor;
• Coordination of the actions of the Data management team in matters of project implementation, regular working meetings with the team in order to achieve the common goal of the project . 
• Ability to analyze and quickly respond to changes and updates within the project, if such changes affect reporting. 

Qualification requirements:

• work experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• fluency in office programs;
• knowledge of the English language is welcome;< /li>
• analytical abilities;
• attention to details;
• time management skills.
