BF "Right to Protection" (Fund) is a charitable organization that focuses on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and carries out direct legal assistance programs throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.

Project "Advocacy, protection and legal assistance for internally displaced persons", implemented by the Foundation , aimed at protecting and supporting the rights of internally displaced persons and the population affected by the conflict. The Foundation monitors the protection and support of local community initiatives, advocates for the improvement of legal norms and policies, and provides free legal assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs). As part of the project, the Foundation implements the direction of charitable financial assistance for IDPs in Kyiv (Kyiv region.

Registrar/ of the database in the city of Kyivsubordinates to the Head of the team of registrars.

Responsibilities the database registrar/s provide for information processing and general support of the Fund's activities, in particular, but not limited to the following:

  • Registration of internally displaced persons to receive financial assistance;

  • Providing consultations;

  • Working with conflict situations;

  • Reporting on the results of the work performed;

  • Adherence to agreed program criteria and rules;

  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.

Required skills/qualifications

  • Higher education;

  • Awareness of humanitarian principles and standards of human rights;

  • Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

  • Readiness for significant work in the "fields" (outside the office);

  • Good communication skills;

  • Tolerance;

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian, Russian and English;

  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;

  • Ability to work closely with team members;

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail;

  • Self-motivation, initiative, flexibility.

We offer

The Foundation offers the successful candidate contract until December 2024 continuable, which depends on further funding and personal work results.The reward amount is calculated hourly.
