QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCECANDIDATE

Required:

• Deep knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint; 
• Ability to create reports and work with large data sets, work with summary tables; 
• The skill of preparing presentations based on business results;
• Basics of budgeting.

Your ROLE:

• Maintenance and updating of the client base, managers, departments for correct assessment of work;
• Setting and distribution of KPIs for managers on a quarterly basis;
• Calculation of KPIs on a quarterly basis for all departments;
• Monthly reports; 
• Preparation of information from the business side for forecasting; 
reports on business performance indicators;
• Active participation in drawing up the budget for the year (as part of this task, the employee collects and analyzes the information received from all divisions with further distribution into components);
• Participation from the business side according to the cost allocation model;
• Amendment and updating of regulatory and legal documents. 
• Preparation of presentation materials on work results for the Supervisory Board of the Bank (quarterly presentation);
• Ad -hoc tasks.
