Key tasks:

• Customizing the CRM system in accordance with the needs of the sales team and the company's business processes (jobs, roles, documents, custom fields, dashboards, etc.);
• Configuration and support of built-in business processes in CRM;
• Ensuring the correct and uninterrupted operation of the CRM system;
• Training employees in rules and effective work methods in CRM, conducting regular trainings for new and existing employees;
• Providing technical support to users and promptly solving problems that arise when working with CRM;
• Data quality control in the CRM system: updating information about customers, deals, contacts, products;
• Regular updating and cleaning of the database from outdated or incorrect records.

Requirements:

• In-depth understanding of the functionality and features of CRM;
• Experience in implementing and maintaining CRM systems will be an advantage
• Ability to configure and administer software, including working with databases;
• Ability to analyze business processes companies, identify needs and develop optimization solutions with the help of CRM Creatio;
• Basic understanding of the principles of computer networks and the basics of information security;
• Communication, the ability to promptly respond to technical problems and user requests.
