• Participation in the actualization and optimization of operational business processes.

• Collection of requirements, setting of technical tasks developers and testing of all stages of implementation of the new ERP system.
• Collection of requirements from the team and the formation of technical tasks for the construction of operational reporting and dashboards.
• Construction of reports for the analysis of the effectiveness of the departments of the operational directorate.< /li>
