- Audit of existing business processes, suggestions for optimization ways to increase business profitability.
- Status update on the transition to a new ERP system. Coordination of the stages of the implementation of the ERP system.
- Participation in the actualization and optimization of operational business processes.
- Participation in the launch of new projects in the company.
- Collection of requirements, setting of technical tasks developers and testing of all stages of implementation of the new ERP system.
- Collection of requirements from the team and the formation of technical tasks for the construction of operational reporting and dashboards.
- Construction of reports for the analysis of the effectiveness of the departments of the operational directorate.< /li>
- Training and support of operational reporting users.
- Support and update of reports.
