Main duties:

• Working with databases, providing technical support, creating analytical reports;

• Creation, automation, support of dashboards, regular SQL queries;

• Formation of descriptions of business processes and technical requirements for the system;

• Analyzing information about business needs and user requirements, exploring opportunities and providing suggestions for process improvement;

• Employee consultations on system operation;

• Monitoring and work on improving data quality;

• Interaction with IT team to ensure proper integration;

Basic requirements:

• Higher education;

• 1+ years of work experience;

• Experience in data analysis and optimization of business processes;

• Experience with management financial reporting;

• Understanding the main key performance indicators of a distribution company;

• Skills and skills of downloading reports from 1C;

• Ability to work with arrays of data and structure information according to the requests of the company management;

• Experience in creating an effective analytical department, recruiting and training personnel;

• Basic knowledge and experience of using structured SQL queries;

• Confident user of PC, MS Office, Excel, Google services (documents, tables, mail, calendar, etc.);

• Good communication skills and the ability to find solutions.
