We are currently looking for Database Administrator.

Skills:

• Knowledge of the basics of DBMS.
• Ability to work with functions JOIN and aggregation.
• Creating subqueries.
• Creating/adding/deleting/updating data in a table.
• Creating and deleting users.
• Understanding what indexes are and why they are needed.
• Ability to optimize queries.
• Skills in working with procedures and triggers.
• Having an idea of ​​what such is the query plan and how it works in the database.
• A confident PC user (knowledge of MS Office programs).
• Experience in supporting web services (Apache, Tomcat).
• Experience with Informix, Firebird, MS SQL, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Tomcat.
• Knowledge of English at the level of reading/understanding technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration and support of the software used on the Informix, Firebird, MS SQL, PostgreSQL database.
• Ensuring the availability of the Informix, Firebird, MS SQL, PostgreSQL databases in 24?7x365.
• Execution of work on the administration of Informix, Firebird, MS SQL, PostgreSQL.
• Planning and implementation of database backup policies, creation and maintenance of backup databases.
• li>Restoration of DBMS after failures.
• Maintenance of technical documentation.
• Technical support and training of users.
• Support (administration) of external web resources of the company.< /li>
