Database administrator in Medvoice

We are looking for a database administrator in a socially responsible company that strives to make the world better and humanity healthier. This position involves responsibility for the document flow process and registration of educational events at the Testing Center under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. You: Have experience working with databases and know how to effectively manage documentation; Have skills in working with Excel and Google spreadsheets, including basic formulas; Careful and responsible in data processing and performing tasks. What you will do: Prepare and submit documents to the Ministry of Health, including creating and filling Google tables with the necessary data about the educational event; organizing the process of issuing certificates, including collecting and processing participants' data, entering information into the relevant registers and sending certificates to participants by e-mail; registering participants' certificates with the Ministry of Health, including preliminary work with the formation of lists. How you will do it: Remotely, as our entire team is located in different parts of the world; With a flexible part-time schedule (4−5 hours per day); In a friendly team with established and systematic processes; From time to time undergoing corporate training; With stable payment of salary.
