Position: Database administrator

"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of internally displaced persons (IDPs), the population, affected by the conflict, through the provision of legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in responding to emergency situations and the search for long-term solutions, in cooperation with authorities and supporting their capacity, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups. Tasks and responsibilities:

• Comply with the terms of the Organization project, internal regulations and policies;
• Develop and improve data collection forms for security professionals (online and offline forms, taking into account the purposes of information collection, confidentiality and standardization).
• Form quantitative and descriptive reporting on the results of the implementation of project activities;
• Ensure accurate collection, analysis and visualization of data that allow the Organization to effectively respond to the needs of the population;
• Cooperate with protection and MEAL teams to understand data needs, assist in the integration of monitoring indicators and performance evaluations (including indicators from logical frameworks of projects);
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, for example in Power BI, Google Data Studio or other tools;
• Conduct assessment and preparation of procedural documents;
• In cooperation with other team members, conduct other activities to find the best long-term solution for the relevant population;
• Compile reports, descriptive reports with quantitative and qualitative indicators and other intra-organizational;
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection;
• Perform other duties and management assignments as needed. In cooperation with other team members, conduct other activities to find the best long-term solution for the relevant population;
• Communicate with by all workers/facilitators responsible for reporting;
• Request additional materials or corrections to reports;
• Propose improvements in monitoring reporting templates and information submission processes. Qualification Requirements.
