"Tenth of April" is a public organization that works to improve the protection of the population affected by the conflict by providing legal, social, psychological and humanitarian assistance, promotes changes in legislation, involvement of communities in the response on emergency situations and the search for long-term solutions, in cooperation with the authorities and supporting their capacity, with a special emphasis on the most vulnerable groups.

In partnership with the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) with the financial support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine (UHF) we are implementing a project aimed at ensuring safe, decent and affordable reception and accommodation conditions for evacuees and internally displaced persons with mobility impairments, older people and persons with disabilities in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions. applies the principles of equal opportunities and diversity.   • Daily processing of data in reporting tables, verification of information.
  • Checking the proper functioning of the database data.
  • Data analytics, reporting to donors.
  • If necessary, training organization employees in techniques and skills for working with software tools that are being implemented.
  • Keeping records and saving documents related to automationadvanced information processing on computers. Organization and conduct of post-monitoring;
  • Preparation of reports at the request of the management and/or donor (descriptive report with visualization included).
  • Control over the implementation of project goals established in partnership with the donor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Higher education;
  • Confident PC user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365), advanced user of MS Excel (formulas, building relationships), Google Sheets (work with large volumes) data);
  • knowledge of Activity Info,KoboToolbox will be an advantage;
  • Fluency in English will be an advantage
  • Basic understanding of the work of humanitarian organizations;
  • High organizational and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and organize team work;
  • Leadership qualities, initiative, attentiveness, responsibility, organization, communication;
  • Time management skills, the ability to analyze workload, prioritize and maintain concentration on specific tasks.
