< strong>Main responsibilities:

• work with software, maintaining a single classifier by brands, groups, TMC;
• entering into the database directories of buyers, suppliers, goods (aArticle, SHK, name). Confirmation of the conformity of the name in the specifications of the suppliers and our database;
• comparison of the name of the new product with the actual delivery and compliance with the certificates;
• entry into the database of price lists (basic, promotional, individual) , calculation forms, carrying out revaluation of TMC by buyers in agreement with brand managers and the director;
• control of compliance of the TMC markup with the basic one when making a price change.
• Detecting the inconsistency of TMC prices with the recommended markups , agreeing prices with brand managers and entering new prices into the software;
• entering Contracts, annexes, specifications into the database and tying them to counterparties;
• control of the availability of all contractual documentation in accordance with counterparties;
• software administration, interaction with the IT department on issues of settings, improvements, elimination of emerging errors.
