We are seeking a skilled Data Warehouse Developer with expertise in the Microsoft technology stack to join our team. This role is focused on the development of a data warehouse, including the creation and management of OLAP cubes, which will involve extensive SQL development.

Your tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using the Microsoft stack, particularly focusing on SSMS and SSAS
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Develop OLAP cubes and tabular models to facilitate efficient and scalable data analysis and reporting
• Collaborate with data architects, BI developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of the data warehouse by implementing best practices and tuning database and cube performance
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Provide support and troubleshooting for data warehouse-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of any problems

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Warehouse Developer, with a strong focus on the Microsoft technology stack
• Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
• Expertise in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
• Experience with OLAP cube development and tabular models
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good knowledge of the English language
