Data Visualization & Analytics Specialist

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join us as a global remote full-time team member. This work requires commitment to the schedule. 40 hours per week are guaranteed, paid hourly. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6 am - 3 pm Time (GMT-8 time zone), Ukraine time zone 16:00 – 01:00. This role works directly with the executive team and upper management of the company. You will be responsible for multiple processes including creating intuitive dashboards for internal use and clients’, providing smart reporting and business metrics, supporting data-driven business decisions.

  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources (reports, databases, internal and external portals and web sources).
  • Present data in form of reports, graphs, dashboards as requested.
  • Create interactive dashboards that get updated based on new data entries automatically.
  • Interpret data by utilizing data analytics techniques.
  • Provide ongoing and ad hoc reports.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize overall business efficiency.
  • Audit data and reports to identify and correct errors.
  • Work with upper management to prioritize business needs.
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
  • Provide training to new team-members working on the same projects.
  • Participate in client meetings to acquire special requests and project objectives.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of relevant experience is REQUIRED.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (must know macros).
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets.
  • Must be fluent in English (C1).
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working in the English-speaking company is a plus.
  • Must possess high level of critical thinking.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented.
  • Must possess self-organization and good time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
  • Experience with Power BI / Visio / Tableau is a plus.

 

Equipment and remote work must-have’s:

  • Access to fast/reliable internet (at least 100 Gbps).
  • Fast-processing computer, headset, web camera and 2 monitors.
  • Availability to work within required hours.
  • Assent to install company anti-virus software.

 

Interviewing Process:

  • 2-3 video interviews with the HR and upper management
  • Online skills assessment
  • Live MS Excel test
  • Portfolio of projects is welcomed

 

Pay:

Pay will depend on skillset and experience.
