Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of public health, health care organization and management, informatics, statistics, applied mathematics, economics.

• Experience with data collection, verification, processing, analysis and visualization from 2 years.

• Practical experience with tools for data analysis and visualization (Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio or similar).

• Understanding the basics of statistical analysis and the ability to use analytical tools in working with data (Google Sheets, MS Excel, etc.).

• Skills in preparing structured analytical and graphic reports taking into account the needs of different targets classrooms.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of the processes of collecting, processing, checking and summarizing data from information systems, databases, regional centers and health care institutions to form a qualitative analytical basis and create dashboards.

• Development, filling, testing and implementation of interactive information panels (dashboards) for the visualization of statistical and epidemiological data in the field of public health.

• Technical and informational support of the dashboard for visualization of recent HIV infection surveillance data (Recency) and the HIV CBS case surveillance dashboard, ensuring their relevance and correct operation.

• Synchronization information exchange processes and automation of the creation of Recency and HIV CBS dashboards, in particular within the "Monitoring of Socially Significant Diseases" information system.

• Formation of requirements for the structure of dashboards, the list of indicators and surveillance events, as well as their functionality in accordance with the regulatory and legal acts and analytical needs of the institution.

• Development and updating of methodological materials, instructions and standard operating procedures regarding creation, use and interpretation of dashboards.

• Preparation of analytical materials, reports, presentations and visualizations for management decision-making, internal use and public communications.

• Monitoring of changes in the legal framework and adaptation of indicators, logic and visual solutions of dashboards in accordance with current legislation and institution standards.
