Data Scientist (retail business risk management) in Oschadbank

Key tasks:

• organization of obtaining historical data, including from external sources;
• preparation of data for training models (cleaning, transformation, normalization);
• conducting EDA (exploratory data analysis) to identify patterns;
• development and optimization of models (logit regression, decision tree);
• comparing the accuracy of models, choosing the best model;
• testing and monitoring models.

For this position, you need:

• higher education;
• knowledge of Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn);
• experience working with databases (MS SQL);
• knowledge of machine learning algorithms (regression, clustering, decision trees) etc.);
• knowledge of basic probability distributions, hypothesis testing methods, conducting A/B testing;
• practical experience of building models from 2 years;
• knowledge of model quality metrics and the ability to interpret them.
