How exactly can you influence for the development of the company:

• develop and implement new machine learning methods and models to optimize service operation
• analyze and collect data to improve efficiency and optimize processes
• participate in the development and implementation of new products and services
• improve the effectiveness of previously developed models and algorithms
• interact with other teams and company departments engaged in software development, data analytics, and other functions
• evaluate and analyze results work of developed models and algorithms, prepare relevant reports and presentations for internal use

Challenges for three months:
• adaptation in the team and collective
• familiarization with the existing infrastructure
• conduct an audit and make suggestions for improving the existing of services: forecasting the time of delivery of cars and forming the coefficient of increased demand

To achieve results, you will need:

• 3+ years of commercial experience as a data scientist
• availability of successful cases of DS logic integration in product operation
• experience with Python (statistical and ML packages)
• expert knowledge in SQL
• knowledge of Git and Gitflow Workflow
• availability of examples of successful insights, identification of non-obvious work patterns of the product
• knowledge of higher mathematics, probability theory, mathematical and applied statistics

Of course we will teach, but it is good to have:

• experience in using ML serving tools: Kubeflow, MLFlow
• experience in using ETLs Tools (one of): Airflow, AWS Glue

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan independentlyto your work schedule, however, in order to be efficient,
we have mandatory common working hours - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 - due to illness (with reward retention)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation

How will you pump your shills in Uklon ?
• internal trainings, workshops, hackathons, knowledge sharing, etc.
• corporate training

• attending webinars, lectures with participation company speakers, etc.
