How exactly can you influence for the development of the company:

• develop and implement new methods and models of machine learning to optimize service operation
• analyze and collect data to improve efficiency and optimize processes
• participate in the development and implementation of new products and services
• improve the effectiveness of previously developed models and algorithms
• interact with other teams and company departments involved in software development, data analytics, and other functions
• evaluate and analyze results work of developed models and algorithms, prepare relevant reports and presentations for internal use

Challenges for three months:
• adaptation in the team and collective
• familiarization with the existing infrastructure
• optimize order distribution formulas taking into account the new of product functionality
• to conduct an audit and make suggestions for improving the existing service of the formation of the coefficient of increased demand

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a data scientist
• availability of successful cases of integration of DS logic into product operation
• experience with Python (statistical and ML packages)
• expert knowledge in SQL
• availability of examples of successful insights, identification of non-obvious patterns of product operation < br/>• knowledge of higher mathematics, probability theory, mathematical and applied statistics

Of course, we will teach, but it is good to have:

• knowledge of Git and Gitflow Workflow
• experience using ML serving tools: Kubeflow, MLFlow
• experience using ETLs Tools (one of) : Airflow, AWS Glue

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your own work schedule, however, to be efficient,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of reward)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
