How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• develop and implement new methods and machine learning models to optimize service operation
• analyze and collect data to improve efficiency and optimize processes
• participate in the development and implementation of new products and services
• improve the effectiveness of models and algorithms previously developed
• interact with other teams and departments of the company engaged in software development, performing data analytics and other functions
• evaluate and analyze the results of the developed models and algorithms, prepare relevant reports and presentations for internal use

Challenges for three months:
• adaptation in the team and collective
• familiarization with the existing infrastructure
• optimize order distribution formulas taking into account the new of the product function
• conduct an audit and make suggestions for improving the existing service of forming the coefficient of increased demand

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a data scientist
• availability of successful cases of DS logic integration into product work
• experience with Python (statistical and ML packages)
• expert knowledge in SQL
• availability of examples of successful insights, identification of non-obvious patterns of product operation
• knowledge of higher mathematics, probability theory, mathematical and applied statistics

Of course we will teach, but it is good to have:

• knowledge of Git and Gitflow Workflow
• experience in using ML serving tools: Kubeflow, MLFlow
• experience in using ETLs Tools (one of): Airflow, AWS Glue

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off on your birthday as a company gift
• day off for blood donation
