«Professional procurement" is the first centralized procurement organization in Ukraine that makes purchases for central executive authorities, and is also the administrator of the state marketplace Prozorro Market.

Main duties:

• Collection, processing and analysis of data from various sources related to procurement;

• Development and algorithms for identifying anomalies and risks in procurement processes;

• Data visualization and creation of reports for the team and management, other stakeholders;

• Identifying patterns and trends in data for making informed decisions;

• Cooperation with the team to integrate analytical tools into existing systems;

• Development of recommendations for improving processes based on data analysis.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a university degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics or related disciplines;

• Has at least 1 year of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role;

• Has knowledge in machine learning, statistics and data analysis;

• Able to work with large volumes of data and use tools for their processing (Python, SQL);

• Has experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar tools);

• Has excellent analytical skills and a high level of responsibility;

• Knowledge of legislation in the field of public procurement and experience with electronic platformswill be an advantage;

• We will also consider a candidate who has no work experience, but who has successfully completed specialized courses and hasdocumentary confirmation.
