Requirements for Team Lead Data Science

We are looking for a qualified Data Science Team Lead to join our team. In this role, he will work closely with our data scientists, data engineers and development team to ensure the success of our data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data professionals and data engineers.
• Collaborate with the development team to integrate data processing solutions into our products.
• Oversee the preparation and processing of large datasets for training machine learning models.
• Ensure performance and scalability of ETL processes.

Experience in time series analysis and modeling.

Basic experience with large language models (LLMs).

Proven ability to manage technical projects and mentor team members.

Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills to explain complex data processing concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical skills.

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and completing tasks on time.

Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) will be a plus.

Experience with deep learning for computer vision is a plus.
